Photo of your lunch? Great. Dictate dinner? Also great. Just ate the same breakfast again? Reuse a saved meal.
Meet MASA — your playful AI calorie tracker and weight-loss companion. Photograph your plate, say what you ate, or type it. Check the estimates, learn your habits, and carry on living.

Logging is easier when the app understands food — and understands that you have other things to do.

MASA estimates ingredients and amounts. Change the portions, remove a surprise ingredient, or use known menu nutrition when available. It's your plate.
See calories, nutrition, weight trends and progress photos. A rough day doesn't erase the rest of the week.
Helpful tools for everyday eating, from homemade breakfasts to restaurant nights.
Snap a dish to get a starting estimate of calories and nutrients. Review ingredients and portions before you save. The chef doesn't actually own a kitchen scale.
“Chicken, rice, salad, and yes, the sauce.” Dictation depends on your device and browser; typing always works.
MASA can look for published menu nutrition when available, and marks estimates where information is uncertain.
Save meals, repeat yesterday's favourites and adjust portions without starting from scratch.
Protein, carbohydrates, fats and more, with your goals and weekly trends in the same place.
Record weight and other optional wellness measurements. On supported Android devices, permission-based activity data can add context.
Choose a past photo and compare it with today. The Time Machine organizes face, torso and full-body views alongside weight and other measurements, so your progress has more context than one stubborn number on a scale.
A little honesty from the future: lighting, posture and camera angle matter. Photo comparisons cannot measure body-fat percentage or guarantee results.
Visit your own Time MachineTry a sample of the personality we're building into MASA. These are landing-page jokes; richer in-app reactions are still on the roadmap.
"You logged it! An excellent start. Shall we pretend the sauce was invisible? No? Good."— Chef Masa, probably adjusting his hat
A very personal mission somehow became a food-tracking app. The idea was simple: everyday weight management shouldn't require a spreadsheet, a nutrition degree and the patience of a saint.
Now MASA is built for anyone who wants a calmer way to track meals, notice patterns and celebrate small steps — without taking themselves too seriously.
MASA keeps evolving. These are ideas in development, not promises of features currently available.
Playful celebrations, gentle nudges and personality that adapts to real habits.
Understand how mood, hunger and routines connect — building on today's simple check-ins.
Encouragement for consistency and returning after missed days, without guilt trips.

It's the website installed to your Home Screen, not a native iOS App Store download. Some device-specific features differ from Android.

No magical calorie accuracy, no miracle measurements and absolutely no judgment about birthdays.
Yes, as a Safari Home Screen web app. Open masa.exhale.pro in Safari, use Share → Add to Home Screen, and select Open as Web App if shown. MASA is not currently listed in Apple's App Store.
No. AI estimates can miss oils, hidden ingredients and portion sizes. You can correct the food, adjust portions and mark weighed quantities when available. Treat estimates as guides, not measurements.
It's a way to compare old and current progress photos, with dates and measurements where available. Framing/alignment tools are still being refined; comparisons should use similar camera angle, distance, lighting and posture.
MASA already has simple daily check-ins. A deeper mood-and-habits experience, plus richer Chef Masa reactions, is planned for later.
There are free features and optional Premium. Where eligible, Google Play may offer a 5-day introductory trial before the monthly subscription. Confirm the exact price, trial eligibility and renewal terms in the app before subscribing.
No. Type a meal, use dictation where your device supports it, or repeat a saved meal. The food camera is an option, not homework.
No. MASA is a wellness tracking companion, not a medical treatment or substitute for professional care. AI nutrition estimates and coaching can be wrong.
Let the chef estimate. You make the decisions. No food police, no time-travel paperwork.
